Childhood Home explores the connections we make with place and space, and no matter how much time goes by; we are always drawn back to a place that we once called home. A place where all our memories are stored and a space that once was ours.  The handwritten text placed under the image of ‘childhood home’ is of what Akigg remembers the room looking like as a child. Written by herself to represent her memories of being in the house and contradicting what the room now looks like.
